Overview of what the session includes

• Water Safety, Negotiating and Reading the Surf

• Paddling Skills and Technique

• Wave Catching, Surf Specific Maneuvers

• On Water Coaching, Equipment Advice

All sessions are conducted at Umina Beach suitable for beginners and experienced paddlers. Instructor Paul provides a intimate personal coaching experience to rapidly improving your Surfing and Paddling skills. 

*If weather conditions are not suitable an alternative location will be advised prior to your session.
