MANASUP is an ASI accredited stand up paddle school operating in Umina Beach NSW. Established in 2013 we bring coaching to all levels from first time beginners to those a bit more experienced looking to increase surfing skills, wave count and paddling technique.

 

Our head instructor Paul Quirk is a lifelong waterman with a broad range of skills and experience in the ocean. Growing up on the East Coast of New Zealand surfing and ocean sports were a part of Pauls lifestyle and culture. Paul has competed at NSW SUP State Championships and has been a avid competitor on the local scene here in Australia and New Zealand.

Paul, founder of MANASUP shares his Māori  heritage through his love and respect for the Ocean. “Mana” is a Polynesian word meaning prestigious and respectful.
